The Hugin Zip Hoodie is constructed from our Norna® fabric, which provides a soft and dry feeling towards the skin due to its high moisture-wicking effect, mixed with merino wool for light warmth and comfort. The chest and side of the hood have been reinforced with our lightweight, WindStretch™ fabric for added protection without sacrificing breathability. With extra reinforcement fabric on the elbows and back for durability, highly placed side pockets to avoid interference with harnesses and backpack carrying systems, seamless shoulders to protect from abrasion, reflective details for added safety, and a hood that fits snuggly under your helmet. Well-suited for high-intensity activities the material also is ventilating, moisture wicking and dries quickly. WindStretch™ has very good wind resistance and we use it in softshell products where flexibility and durability are important. WindStrech™ will retain its visual appearance even after heavy use without losing color or pilling. WindStretch™ fabrics are bluesign® approved: - WindStretch™ 180 g/m2 is versatile soft-shell with excellent durability and stretch. The fabric is a blend of 70% recycled polyamide, 20% polyester and 10% elastane with a fluorocarbon-free water repellent. - Light WindStretch™ 159 g/m2 is our lightest, fast-drying and most stretchy softshell fabric. It is a blend of 85% recycled polyamide and 15% elastane with a fluorocarbon-free water repellent. Care: - Maximum temperature 40°c. Normal process. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Iron at maximum sole plate. Temperature of 110°c. Steam iron may cause irreversiable damage. Do not dry clean. Wash inside out. Wash with similar colors.
