Solaray® Whole Psyllium Husks are all natural, contain no added sweeteners or colors and are a great way to supplement daily fiber intake, especially for those individuals who fall short when it comes to getting adequate fiber from their diets.
When increasing fiber intake, minor gas and bloating may occur. Consider starting with smaller doses and gradually increasing over several days/weeks.

Use only as directed. Mix 5 grams (1 tablespoon) of whole psyllium husks in 8 oz. of water or other preferred beverage. Drink immediately.
