Tile from SparkFun in the micro version equipped with the BMA400 accelerometer from Bosch Sensortech . It enables the measurement of linear acceleration in 3 axes in configurable ranges of ±2 / ±4 / ±8 / ±16 g . It communicates using the I2C interface, it is also equipped with a Qwiic connector for simple connection using this interface. The module is powered with the voltage from 1.72 V to 3.6 V, and the current consumption does not exceed 14.5 µA during the most efficient operation. The presented module is used primarily in projects with very low energy consumption, it is also willingly used in Smart Home applications and projects based on smart clothes .

The module is equipped with an efficient BMA400 system from Bosch Sensortech.
An accelerometer, alternatively known as an accelerometer , is a sensor that allows you to determine acceleration (in three axes). The board has Qwiic connectors and solder pads.
Qwiic is SparkFun's proprietary ecosystem that includes numerous sensors based on the I2C bus , executive modules and dedicated cables . The main assumption of this solution is to streamline the prototyping process. All components supporting the Qwiic standard use a common, 4-pin JST connector with a pitch of 1 mm , which reduces the amount of space required on the printed circuit board, and also protects against connecting the power supply in accordance with the polarity.
