While vitamin K is mostly known for its involvement in blood clotting, K2 also helps to activate the proteins that regulate where calcium ends up in the body. It's the ideal way to round out your daily nutritional regimen for healthy bone maintenance.
As a dietary supplement, take one softgel per day with water.
Rice bran oil, softgel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water and carob color), beeswax, sunflower lecithin, dicalcium phosphate, safflower oil.
