It is mainly formulated from Palatinose, C8 MCT and L-Carnitine: - Provides 5g of Palatinose per unit: It delivers prolonged energy release, which is ideal during and after exercise. It causes fewer insulin peaks, favouring the use of glucose at cell level over a shorter period of time and maintaining blood sugar level for longer. Rapid gastric emptying to favour digestion while reducing gastrointestinal discomfort. - With 4 g of COCONUT-sourced C8 MCT per unit, it provides superior-quality fatty acids so that there is no need to resort to glycogen reserves during physical exercise. It supplies continuous energy during prolonged exercise and helps to reduce lactate build-up. - And 300 mg of L- Carnitine per unit: It helps to transport long-chain fatty acids to cellular mitochondria, increasing the supply of energy to the muscles and favouring increased blood flow in the area.
