Description
Transparent cast Plexiglas made of PMMA with a thickness of 3 mm. The material is resistant to UV radiation. The boards are factory coated with a transparent protective foil. A set consists of 5 pieces of Plexiglas with dimensions of 290 x 290 mm.
PMMA is a highly transparent thermoplastic material obtained by polymerisation of methyl methacrylate. Due to its transparency, aesthetics and scratch resistance it can be used as a substitute for glass. It is commonly called acrylic glass, Plexiglas.
The product is intended as a material for cutting or engraving with the use of CNC milling machine or laser.

Cast Plexiglas has better mechanical properties than extruded Plexiglas as it has higher scratch resistance, higher resistance to chemical cleaning and increased strength.
