3M™ Double-Sided Tape 9191 is a general purpose double-sided tape.
It is manufactured with high tack (even initial tack) pressure sensitive rubber adhesive, a non-woven backing and easy-to-remove silicone paper liner.Due to its excellent balance of high tack and initial adhesion, good room temperature shear strength and ease of removal, Tape 9191 was created as a carpet tape.
