Riptophan with Mg + B6 is a dietary supplement based on L-tryptophan, melatonin, vitamin B6 and magnesium.
L-Tryptophan is an amino acid that is found in the chains that make up proteins and, like any other amino acid, plays an active role in the formation of proteins.
It is obtained from foods such as milk, eggs, fish, nuts, etc.
