Description
Insomnia is the inability to get to sleep or to stay asleep at night.
Insomnia can be caused by multiple factors, such as stress, some medicines, etc.
Aquilea sueño is presented as a compact bi-layer tablet.
This differential technology permits an initial rapid release of the first layer, which contains melatonin, to begin to get to sleep, and a slower release that lasts throughout the night thanks to the second layer with extracts of Valerian, passiflora and California poppy.
The second layer helps us to achieve a restorative sleep in order to wake up fresh and clear-headed.
The administration has also been improved, as its size has been reduced by half, while retaining the same efficacy.
- Melatonin 1.95 mg.
- Valerian 50 mg.
- Passiflora 100 mg.
- California Poppy 100 mg.
1 tablet half an hour before going to bed.
Do not use during pregnancy and-or lactation.
