Argon THRML is a cooling system for the Raspberry Pi 5 minicomputer , based on a 60 mm diameter fan controlled by PWM pulse width modulation and a heat sink with a copper pipe for heat dissipation. The silver fan ensures effective cooling of the device and is easy to install. The kit also includes thermal paste and a thermal pad .
