- In crisis situations, 4 drops are used at five to ten minute intervals until the condition clearly improves, the drops drip directly under the tongue. Of course, they can also be dripped into a glass of water and sipped in sips. If necessary, the drops can be used for several days, the usual dosage is 4 drops 4 times a day. In addition to oral use, they can be instilled directly on the skin, at the site of the greatest load - for sleep, behind the ears, on the pulse, on the forehead. After a strenuous day, they can be added to the bath, usually 10 - 15 drops for a full bath.
