Our Philosophy
To roast excellent coffee and pioneer new experiences in ways that care for people and the environment.
By far our darkest roast, West Coast is an homage to the late Alfred Peet, founder of Peet's Coffee and Tea. Legend has it that in the 60's and 70's when Alfred's brand was catching on, other roasters had a difficult time convincing their clients in the San Francisco Bay area that their coffees were high quality unless they were roasted dark like Peet's.
