Description

CeramicSpeed BSA30 cups come from British Standard Cycle, also known as English threading.

Threading in English on road bikes means a housing 68mm wide and 34mm internal diameter with reverse threading on the drive side.

It is the most common threaded standard used today. This kit allows you to fit 30mm thru-axle connecting rods, such as those from Rotor, to fit into the tight space of this 34mm axle.Choose from two bearings for the cups.

Standard have low drag due to hardened steel tracks and CeramicSpeed balls Coated bearings have those same balls installed on hardened steel coated tracks for longer life and less rolling resistance.

The English threading is easy to work and the side cup of the unit, thanks to its reverse thread, remains in place without any additional effort.

The threaded extension is slim as they must fit a 30mm shaft inside the cups.

The spindle increases efficiency, as does the CeramicSpeed system.

Standard CeramicSpeed bearings typically have a friction drag of 0.3-0.4 watts per set.

That´s in the range of a drag reduction of 75% compared to standard brackets.

That´s thanks to the balls that are 100% softer and 15% harder than the competition from ceramics.

Bearings last at least 3 times longer than other bearings.

TT and Track, All Round and LongLife are three CS greases designed to help bearings roll smoothly.

The former is the least dragging, the last is the most durable.

All Round comes with.

You can change the grease to adjust performance.
