The ´´Clip SPD´´ cleats from CONTEC convince with particularly much freedom in foot contact with the pedal. Although foot and pedal are a firmly connected unit, the foot position can vary by 14 °. Unclick it can be with these plates by pulling the heel outward or inward or the foot even up out of the pedal. Fits all standard SPD shoes and SHIMANO SPD pedals. Screws and washers included.
