Description

Product description: Cytron Maker Nano - compatible with Arduino

Cytron's module is compatible withArduino Nano. The board is equipped with20 digital I/Osof which 6 can be used as PWM channels and 8 as analog inputs. It also has the most popular communication interfaces. Additionally, there are12 programmable LEDs, abuttonanda buzzeron the module.

Unlike theCytron Maker Unoboard, the Nano version has a built-in voltage regulator, so in addition to being powered from the USB port, it allows direct power supply via the VIN pin with a voltage rangingfrom 7 to 30 V. This feature, combined with its small size of 21 x 46 mm, makes it a great tool for learning and small projects that require mobility.

Main differences from Arduino Nano
  • 12 programmable LEDs
  • Programmable button
  • Built-in buzzer
  • Built-in voltage regulator 7-30V
  • Using USB-UART converter - CH340C
  • Larger dimensions 21 x 46 mm

To run the board, connect it to your computer using aUSB cable, install the driver and select the Nano board in the Arduino IDE.

Programming Cytron Maker Nano module

FreeArduino IDEenvironment allows to create and install software. Implemented bootloader allows to upload program directly to device via USB cable. Before working with the module, you need to install driver forCH340Cchip (Cytron Maker Nano module should be connected to computer during installation).

Power supply for Maker Nano module

The board can be powered through the microUSB socket with 5 V, or with a built-in voltage regulator through the VIN pin within the range of 7 V to 30 V.
