Product description: Dual channel CAN BUS overlay for Raspberry Pi - Seeedstudio 103990563
Overlay by Seeedstudio for Raspberry Pi minicomputers. It supports CANFDinterface with transmission speed up to8 Mbps, it is faster and more efficient version of traditional CAN interface. The overlay is based onMCP2518 controller and MCP2557 transceiver. The device usesSPIinterface to communicate with minicomputer. Overlay can be powered using Raspberry Pi GPIO pins or via screw connectors using DC voltage from 12 V to 24 V. The board also includes Grove connectors,120 Ωresistors and switches to control their operation.
