Our Turmeric is Hawaiian grown and fresh freeze-dried in-house in small batches. Freeze-drying is the best method of preservation as it naturally concentrates the nutrients in the plant by removing only the water.
Suggested use
Add one teaspoon of powder to 8 oz water or juice and shake well. Can also be added to smoothies, dips, yogurt or other foods.
1 tsp of turmeric = 6.5 tsp of fresh turmeric.
