NanoPi Neo3minicomputer is based on theRockChip RK3328ARM Cortex-A53processor clocked at 1.29 GHz. It features1 GBofDDR4RAM, a Gigabit Ethernet port with a unique MAC address, a USB 3.0 slot, a USB Type-C power slot, amicroSD cardslot and 26 GPIOs. The module runs the FriendlyWrt / Ubuntu operating system.

What you need to run NanoPi Neo3?
  • MicroSD memory card- the carrier of the operating system.
  • AC adapter with microUSB plug- 5V with 1A current capacity with USB type C connector.
Operating system for NanoPi

NanoPi minicomputer works with systems prepared by the manufacturer: FriendlyWrt and Ubuntu. The operating system can be installed on a microSD memory card.

The operating systems can be downloaded from the manufacturer'swebsite. The manufacturer also providesa guide for installing the system.

  • 1x USB 3.0 type A + 2 USB 2.0 ports on 2.54 mm pins,where you can connect WiFi adapter, mouse or keyboard. The number of connectors can be increased by using the USB hub.
  • 1x Ethernet 1 Gb/s socketfor wired LAN connection.
  • GPIO x 26 pins- general purpose inputs / outputs, which can be used to operate LEDs, buttons, motor drivers. These include such interfaces as I2C, I2S, SPI and UART.
