The Gamakatsu LS-1310 hook is a fine and thin wired legendary allround competition hook that, also world-wide, is probably the best known hook in the competition scene.
The LS-1310 is especially suitable in situations where it is hard to trigger fish to bite. These days this happens more than in the past so I use it a lot; especially when pole fishing. The nickel finish is the one I use most in overcast weather conditions because the hook is virtually invisible underwater.
