We have chosen to use reconstituted cork from Portugal, unlike natural cork; this material makes it possible to obtain a very smooth surface, without porosity and therefore better durability, and finally a controlled density. Thanks to these technical characteristics, we have been able to reduce the quantity of varnish and paint, which prevents flaking in the event of impact on the stones and limits the impact of polluting products on the environment. The central rod is made of machined bamboo, this material, thanks to its long fibers is both very straight and very solid, in case of loss, this natural product can decompose in a few months.
