Description
Inspired by the vitality of urban men, perfumer Christine Nagel wanted to recreate the textures of fine materials such as cashmere, silk and velvet. The backbone of the composition is an aromatic, botanical and slightly woody note of clary sage. Narcissus absolute, a strong and hard note, mixes with the essence of rosewood and the synthetic molecule of sclarene. This unusual note, rarely used in perfumes, came to Nagel after visiting the tailoring workshops of Hermès. Reminiscent of warm and metallic steam, it mimics the application of wet cloths to woolen suits before pressing them with a heavy metal iron.The fragrance was launched in 2021.
