Digestive Health (for promoting regularity): 2 - 5 capsules up to 4 times daily.

Heart Health (maintain healthy cholesterol levels already within normal range): 5 capsules up to 4 times daily.

First-time users: Minor changes in bloating or bowel habits may occur at first. To help your body adjust, start with 1 serving daily, gradually increasing to desired daily intake.

For your comfort and wellness, do not take if you are allergic to Psyllium. Swallow one capsule at a time. Take each serving with at least 8 oz (a full glass) of water or other liquid. Drinking additional liquid is helpful.

Do not take within 1 to 2 hours of prescription medications. If you are taking medication or are under a doctor's care, consult a health professional before use. Use every day for best results.
