Description
2 separate areas for grilling meat or fish and a separate one for vegetables. Made of massive cast aluminum. Covered with a new generation granite coating. Unlike classic, light frying pans, this one heats up stronger and maintains the temperature longer. It has a silicone, non-heating handle.
The granite coating used is enriched with granite dust, which gives it greater hardness. It is harder than Teflon, but retains its advantages: it does not burn and distributes heat well. It combines the advantages of cast iron and Teflon cookware. It has all the advantages of Teflon, but is more resistant to damage, even superior to ceramic coatings. The granite coating on this pan makes the cookware extremely scratch-resistant and durable. This type of pan also allows you to fry using a minimum amount of fat, because the pan heats up similarly to a stone and gives off heat with its entire surface.
