The knife is made of high-quality Ferrinox 18/10 stainless steel with high carbon content 1.4028/X30Cr13. An important feature of this steel is the fact that it is resistant to all types of scratches, scratches, is characterized by increased resistance to abrasion and corrosion. The blade is made of chrome-molybdenum steel, exceptionally hard, resistant to deformation, susceptible to sharpening. The knife was made according to traditional art from one piece of steel. The transition between the blade and the handle is seamless. The handles are ergonomically molded and allow for a safe hold without slipping.
