Description
Cast iron cookware perfectly stores heat, which means that our food arrives gradually and evenly. They also have a great impact on our health. By using a natural material such as cast iron, we limit the amount of harmful substances that penetrate the food when using other cookware. The black surface was obtained thanks to a unique process of firing cast iron in vegetable oil at a very high temperature. The surface has been additionally oxidized, which reduces susceptibility to rust. It is recommended to periodically maintain the pot by lubricating the entire surface with a thin layer of cooking oil.
Cast iron products are not dishwasher safe. They should be washed by hand and then wiped dry to avoid rust.
