The knife is made of high-quality Ferrinox 18/10 stainless steel with high carbon content 1.4028/X30Cr13 An important feature of this steel is the fact that it is resistant to all types of scratches and scuffs, and is characterized by increased resistance to abrasion and corrosion. The blade is made of chrome-molybdenum steel, exceptionally hard, resistant to deformation, susceptible to sharpening. The knife was made according to traditional art from one piece of steel. The handles are ergonomic, filled with Bakelite and allow you to hold them safely without slipping.
