Lithium-polymer battery from GFC Energy with a capacity of 1800 mAh , consists of two cells. The output voltage is 7.4 V and the discharge current is 20 C (36 A) . The terminals of the battery are the cables terminated with the Tamiya socket and the output to the balancer. Li-Pol batteries are often used in modeling and robotics. It is important to maintain balanced cells , i.e. to evenly charge (to the same voltage level) each of the individual cells in relation to the others. There are many chargers for Li-Pol packets. We recommend the simplest compact chargers or advanced microprocessor chargers available in our assortment. Storage of packages is also an important issue. If the cells will not be used for a long time, it is worth introducing them to the Storage level (microprocessor chargers have a program that will automatically put the packages in this state). This mode will charge or discharge the packet to 3.7V per cell - which is the best voltage in terms of Li-Pol packet performance as well as its lifetime.
