At the same time, they are just as elastic as the breathable, fast-drying functional material itself. New, compact Elastic Interlock cycling shorts fabric with a slight compression effect. Elastic waistband and leg cuffs are also elastic, so that the shorts always fit snugly and offer little air resistance.
