Ginger is a traditional Indian culinary spice that has been utilized in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries. More recently, clinical studies have identified its significant effects on the human body. Both recent research and historical uses point to ginger’s support of digestion and gastrointestinal health. It may specifically support normal, healthy levels of bile within the GI tract. The research also shows that compounds in ginger called gingerols may help support normal, healthy levels of COX-2 (cyclooxygenase-2). Adults - Chew one tablet daily, preferably with food, as a dietary supplement.
