Our chewables for kids contains a daily supply of B-complex vitamins such as folic acid, vitamin B12, and vitamins B1, B2 and B6 to support healthy brain function, immune function, metabolism and energy production. It also contains vitamin A to support healthy eyes and to fend off free radical toxins. And of course, kids need vitamin C to support immune health, normal growth as well as antioxidant protection. Adults and children 4 years of age and older - Chew one tablet daily, preferably with food, as a dietary supplement.
