How could fats be important for bone health, you might ask? It turns out that certain key vitamins are fat soluble, meaning that require fat in order to be properly absorbed and utilized in the body. Fat-soluble Vitamin K2 and Vitamin D3 are two such vitamins that are both very helpful with bone formation and health. Vitamin K2 may help to support the bonding of calcium to the bone matrix, which supports healthy bone density and strength. Vitamin K2 has this effect by supporting natural, healthy levels of osteocalcin, a hormone important to bone formation. Vitamin D3 may help to support healthy calcium metabolism by increasing intestinal calcium absorption. The nutrient may also help support normal healthy function of osteoblast cells (bone forming cells) activity and function.

Adults - Take one tablet daily, preferably with food, as a dietary supplement.

Cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, silica, acacia, starch, gelatin.
