Product description: MB85RS4MT - 4Mb/512KB FRAM non-volatile SPI - Adafruit 4719.

The module withnon-volatile FRAM memoryfor data storage is characterized by low power consumption and very long durability. The data can be stored at room temperature for up to 95 years. It isideal for data logging with low or inconsistent power consumption.

The system's capacity is 4 Mb (512 KB) and the modulecommunicates via SPI interface witha frequencyup to 40 MHz. The outputs operate at 3 V and 5 V.

The module has leads to whichgoldpinconnectors should be soldered.The set includes a suitable 2.54 mm goldpin raster strip dedicated to the offered product.
