Each chew has farm-fresh organic ginger root, and a natural organic wildflower honey and natural lemon flavor. They can be taken any time of day, even on an empty stomach.

Take 1 soft chew 3 times per day. For maximum benefit use for at least 3 days. Take as directed and do not exceed 3 chews per day.
