Auricularia (Judas´ ear, hairy auricle) is valued in Chinese medicine for its wide range of effects on the human body. It is rich in minerals, vitamins and polysaccharides and, among other things, is a source of antioxidant melanin.
Auricularia is grown on an organic substrate. The basis of this substrate is an organic mixture of sawdust, organic wheat bran, cane sugar and natural gypsum. We use fruiting bodies for the production of our extracts.
