Lotus, pornatka and frog remove Shi (moisture) from the organism, goat´s heart and atraktilys drastically strengthen the Qi of the spleen, hawthorn and maitake support digestion, cordyceps strengthen the Yang of the kidney and thus the Qi of the spleen.
