Resident Evil: Origins Collection includes the remastered versions of the acclaimed Resident Evil and its popular prequel, Resident Evil 0. Both fans and newcomers to the Resident Evil series, which has sold more than 88 million units to date, can experience the origins of the Resident Evil saga now on Nintendo Switch. The story in Resident Evil Origins Collection takes players back to July 1998. In Resident Evil 0, Raccoon City´s Special Forces division, STARS, sent its Bravo Team to investigate increasing and unusual murders on the outskirts of the city. Rookie STARS member Rebecca Chambers teams up with death row inmate and former Navy Lieutenant Billy Coen to survive the nightmares that await them. Resident Evil takes place immediately afterward and players take on the roles of Chris Redfield or Jill Valentine as they are forced to take refuge in a mysterious mansion filled with unimaginable horrors.
