5-HTP, the intermediate metabolite between the amino acid tryptophan and serotonin, is extracted from the seed of an African plant (Griffonia simplicifolia).
Suggested use
Take 1 chewable tablet daily, preferably on an empty stomach at bedtime.
Other ingredients
Xylitol, sorbitol, microcrystalline cellulose, natural flavors, stearic acid (vegetable source), hydroxypropyl cellulose, silicon dioxide, citric acid and annatto seed extract.
Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
Caution: For adults only. Not recommended for pregnant/nursing women. Consult physician if taking medication (especially antidepressant), or have a medical condition.
