Diindolylmethane aka DIM is a potent natural compound found in many cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and kale. DIM’s main benefit lies in its estrogen metabolizing effects. With 100mg of DIM, this makes a great option for balancing estrogen while ensuring that one doesn’t experience a drastic increase or decrease in estrogen levels.
NutraBio DIM is the perfect product to support estrogen modulation, improve body composition and hormonal balance and regulation for Men & Women. A single bottle of DIM contains a one to two-month supply of 30 to 60 daily servings in a small vegetable capsule. We also added 500mg of Calcium-D-Glucarate which works synergistically with DIM to enhance the estrogen modulation benefits of this product. Last but not least, we included the trademarked ingredient Bioperine to increase the absorption and bioavailability of these two ingredients.
Take 1 capsule twice daily, preferably with meals.
