Description
Based on successful road racing front fork technology, the FKA 100 Series fully adjustable cartridge kit offers greater comfort and performance.
Based on the technology of Öhlins road racing cartridge kits the front fork kit features our well-known NIX damping system by keeping compression and extension separate each confined to one leg of the fork.
Among the advantages of this design are the improved stability and control of the damping system as well as the ease of use since all the adjusters for both compression and rebound and spring preload are located on the top of each fork bar.
There are different springs available to meet the requirements of each one as well as a hydraulic stop inside the cartridge to avoid making stops at the end of travel.
The compact design of the NIX cartridge means it will easily fit inside the stock inverted forks of most adventure motorbikes.
They are also easy to install.
Simply remove the old fork innards and install the Öhlins cartridges.
You won´t have to worry too much once assembled as the cartridge is designed to withstand heavy use over long periods of time without service.
Fast gravel roads on the weekend or riding tight trails to find the perfect overnight stop you can now do with complete control over your motorbike.
Kits are available for several motorbikes including the BMW F800GS and Triumph Tiger 800 / 800XC.
