Holding electromagnet , powered by 12 V. With a standard acceleration due to gravity of 9.8 m/s 2 it supports a mass of 20 kg . The current consumption during operation of the device is approximately 250 mA, the nominal power is 3 W. The device has an M4 installation hole in the housing, and the set also includes an appropriate mounting screw. The electromagnet has dimensions: 34 x 17 mm. The length of the cables with the insulation removed is approx. 30 cm. If you use the device as an actuator controlled by Arduino , remember not to connect it directly to the microcontroller pins. For proper operation of the system, it is necessary to use a relay , opto-isolator or transistor amplifier .
