Description

Product description: WiFi module ESP-07S ESP8266 - 9 GPIO, ADC, U.FL socket

ESP-07S module based on ESP8266 chipcommunicatesin802.11 b/g/nWi-Fi standard at 2.4 GHz. This is an improved version of theESP-07 module, compared to its predecessor, the S version increased the amount of Flash memory to 4 MB, removed thebuilt-in ceramic antenna and redesignedthe tile, which gave the module greater stability. The module is equipped with 16 outputs of which 9 are general purpose GPIO pins, 1 isADC andUART bus.

Compared to the previous ESP-07 version, the ESP-07S has increased the flash memory to 4 MB, removed the built-in ceramic antenna and redesigned the board, giving the module greater stability.

Features of ESP-07S ESP8266 WiFi module
  • It has 16 outlets
    • 9 x GPIO - digital input/output pins
    • 1 x ADC - analogue-to-digital converter
    • 2 x UART (TX, RX) - for communication with e.g. Arduino
  • Installation: SMD
  • The conjecture of communication speed: 115200 bps
  • Equipped with a connector to connect an external U.FL antenna
WiFi module outputs ESP-07S ESP8266 - 9 GPIO, ADC, U.FL socket Pin Description TxD UART serial interface transmitter. RxD UART serial interface receiver. GPIO x GPIO output (digital input/output) with a consecutive number. GPIO 0 GPIO with special function:

To update, enter low state (connect to GND).

GPIO 15

GPIO No. 15 with special function:

In the normal and programming mode, the low state must be specified (connect to GND).

ADC Analogue-to-digital converter input. REST Reset the system.

(CH_PD)

Power down - when you enter a low state, you go into sleep mode.

To update, enter high state (3.3 V).

VCC Power supply - 3.3 V.

Arduino compatible product

Instructions for connecting the module with Arduino based on the ESP-01 module can be found on theDIYblogand inthe guideprepared byus.

The board tolerates voltage of 3.3V. Therefore, you should choose Arduinoworking with 3.3V oruse a converter.
