How to froth milk perfectly?

  1. Pour cold milk into a jug. Remember not to use too much of it - the frothed milk will double in volume, so it must have some space for itself.
  2. Tilt the jug with milk slightly and put it in the I nozzle it - it should be just below the surface of the milk.
  3. Turn on the device and froth the milk by making circular movements with the jug. The nozzle should always be just below the surface.
  4. When the milk has frothed and its volume has increased, we move the nozzle a little deeper to heat the lower layer of milk .
  5. The ideal temperature is around 65°C - 70°C. At this temperature, the lactose contained in the milk dissolves, which gives it a sweet taste. A higher temperature will cause the protein to curdle and you will not be able to foam it. Baristas sometimes use special thermometers inserted into jugs. You probably don't have one, so just stop heating when the jug gets uncomfortably hot.
  6. Finally, knock on the jug to let the milk bubbles settle down a bit. Ready! You can add milk to espresso and make cappuccino, latte or other coffee.
