ORGANIC GATOSPORT is the best breakfast or replacement meal your body can have before starting an effort or on a full-day competition. ORGANIC GATOSPORT is a product from organic farming. High efficiency organic pre-competitive sports cake: - Progressive energy (+ 500 kcal per portion) - Easily digested - 1/3 Organic Gatosport provides all the necessary energy before your effort. - Very easily digested, Organic Gatosport can be consumed only an hour before the start of the effort. - Organic Gatosport is easily prepared and consumed. It contributes to compensate stress-induced hypoglycaemias. - Can also be used during physical exertion (long-distance events). Use: - Mix the whole of the tin (400 g) with about 250 ml of water and stir to a smooth consistency. Bake in a pre-heated oven (180-200°C, 365-392°F, gas mark 4-5) for about 30 to 40 minutes. - Eat 1/3 to 1/2 a cake slowly, by finishing about 1 hour before the start of the effort. - Ideal breakfast or meal between two competitions of the same day. - Organic Gatosport should be eaten on its own or eventually with a small cup of tea or coffee (without milk) as it provides all the necessary energy before your effort. - The cake can be prepared up to 4 days before utilization.
