The inspiration: NYC, 1981, 01.48 am, The Mudd Club. The scene is like something out of a no-wave movie. There are rebels in biker jackets who have already experienced many nights of partying. The clubbers give themselves over completely to the rhythm of the band. Leather biker boots on the steps of the Mudd Club. Fingertips rolling a cigarette before a tongue licks the leaf. Each corner of the club is occupied by couples intensely losing themselves in a self-inflicted kissing scene. Memories everywhere, engraved in the floor, the walls and the ceilings...
