Suggested use

In a shaker mix ~1/2 Scoop (10 g‡) or ~1 Scoop (20 g‡) in 2 oz. (1/4 cup) or 4 oz. (1/2 cup) of ice-cold water. Adjust amount of liquid to suit taste. 

New users should start with 1/2 scoop. Consume 15 to 30 minutes before training.
