Prodac crystalcil:
sintered glass cylinders with excellent porosity for mechanical and biological filtration in freshwater and marine aquariums.
Crystalcil has a double function:
that of a mechanical filter since it retains the largest impurities carried by water (leaves, food residues, excrement), and that of a biological filter because the porosity of the material offers a wide surface for the colonies to settle.
Of aerobic bacteria that transform organic substances.
Use:
place crystalcil in the external filter or in the biological filter below the recirculation pump so that the water passes through it completely.
Pack of 500 gr sufficient for aquariums of 200-250 liters.
Although if the effectiveness of the product is long-lasting, it is advisable to replace it approximately every 6 months.
