Krill are tiny crustaceans that thrive in the frigid waters of the Antarctic. Differently from fish oil, oil from krill carries its Omega-3 in a phospholipid form which helps absorption in the human body. The krill used in this product is purified and harvested below conservative international catch guidelines.
