- Whiten for 6 consecutive days, ideally after the evening oral hygiene before going to bed, for 15 minutes each time. Before starting whitening, we recommend comparing the existing shade of the teeth using a template. Attach the mouthpiece to the UV light, squeeze one quarter of the syringe evenly into the top of the mouthpiece and the other quarter into the bottom. Put in your mouth, try and turn on the UV light. Turn off the light after 15 minutes. Then remove the mouthpiece and rinse it in lukewarm water. After the whitening process, we recommend cleaning your teeth again, drinking only clean water and avoiding food for at least 30 minutes.
