While folic acid has been shown to support the healthy development of the fetal brain and spinal cord, added iron may help support your health while experiencing increased blood volume during pregnancy. With other vitamins and minerals from A to Z, our formula also contains 100% DV of calcium designed to help support mom’s healthy bones as well as the baby’s skeletal development.
Use only as directed. Take five tablets daily with a meal or glass of water. Folate intake should not exceed 250% of the Daily Value (1,000 mcg).
