Niacin, or Vitamin B-3, is a necessary part of the body's pathway for converting carbohydrates, fats, and proteins into energy. Niacin may support energy production (metabolism). This two-stage, timed-release formula is designed to release half of the niacin rapidly and the other half gradually over a period of up to 8 hours,** which may help extend the availability of the niacin to the body over a longer period of time.

Whole rice concentrate (including the bran, polishings, and germ), vegetable cellulose capsule, cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica and stearic acid and aloe vera gel.
